Welcome to the Sumter County Register of Deeds. EGS-Register of Deeds accesses the existing images of your deed, plat or mortgage and indexes them according to the search criteria (Name, parcel number, or address). You may zoom in or out, and may also print the images. When integrated with EGS-Real Property and EGS-GIS, it allows the images to be presented along with the relevant real property tax and sales database information and/or GIS parcel map.

EGS-Comparable Sales allows the user to query the real property data within sales date range, by acreage, land usage, sales price, square footage, neighborhood, etc. The search results can be sorted by parcel number, owner name, owner address, sales date, or sales price.

Welcome to the Sumter County GIS. The EGS-GIS module allows you to zoom, edit the layers by checking the boxes on the right. You may do a variety of other options by clicking through the different items on the tool bar to the left, including zooming in or out, re-centering the map, etc. When integrated with EGS-Real Property, the parcel map appears in the top portion of the screen, with the relevant real property tax and sales database information displayed at the bottom.

The EGS e-Tax Payment module allows the web-based inquiry and payment of real property tax, personal property tax, or both, via credit card or debit card, within a secure environment. It combines data from multiple platforms and databases, consolidating it for web presentation. A transaction confirmation is furnished, which can be printed.
